4. My tracking hasn’t updated – what should I do?

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update on the courier’s website.

Your parcel is still moving through the network during this time — it can take a short while for courier systems to reflect updates.


5. Can I use any SIM card in the phone?

Yes — all our handsets are fully unlocked.
