SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping on all retail orders to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • United Arab Emirates

  • All other regions found at checkout at additional £14.99 fee

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–8 business days

  • Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and dispatched

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors

  • Any alternative shipping options or faster delivery times will be shown at checkout (if available)

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances

  • If incorrect shipping details are provided, delays or additional charges may occur

  • Customers will be the importer on record for all shipments, we can provide support for custom clearance in your country - please contact retail@bulkmobiles.co.uk

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14-day returns policy for retail customers.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at retail@bulkmobiles.co.uk with your order details

  2. We will provide return instructions

  3. Send the item back as instructed

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service


REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We may not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned outside of the 14-day return period
