Your return request has now been approved. Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed smoothly and without delays.

Step 1 – Package Your Return Securely

Please ensure:

  • The item is securely packaged

  • All accessories are included

  • Original branded boxes are included

  • No damage is caused to the packaging or product

  • iCloud, Google Accounts and device PIN codes removed from your devices to avoid us refusing your refund.

Missing accessories, damaged boxes or items returned in a different condition may result in deductions in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Step 2 – Fault Claims

If you are returning an item as faulty and no fault is found upon testing, an administration or devaluation charge may apply if the item is no longer in resaleable condition.

Step 3 – Use A Trackable Delivery Service

Please only use a fully trackable courier or postal service when returning your order.

Due to high parcel volumes, we cannot accept responsibility for returns that cannot be proven as delivered using valid tracking information.

  • Courier confirmation

until your return has been completed.
